I’m looking for a trusted community member to take over my amazing studio long-term.
The studio is on the top floor of a beautiful 1870s 2-story Victorian. There are 3 other tenants and the landlord who live in the other units — everyone is nice and mostly keeps to themselves.
Location is on the cusp of the Mission, Castro/Upper Market, Hayes Valley, and Duboce Triangle, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere in the city. Safeway and Whole Foods are one block away. The apartment comes fully furnished for now; if you end up taking over a lease, we can work out which things to keep.

The west-facing kitchen is entirely covered in windows, creating the most amazing sun throughout the day.
The bedroom has blackout curtains and funky 70s sound-condensing carpeting, which is great for your knees if you do yoga or other indoor exercises. Bed is pretty new and very comfy.
Tons of storage in the entryway and closet, which is uncommon in SF. Teddie the cat lived here with me, so while there won’t be any animals there during your stay, this might not be the best situation if you are allergic.
